Just spent a lovely Easter weekend here. Beautiful views, right next to the canal with 2 pubs within walking distance. There is a lovely farm shop about 10 minutes away that does fab coffee! (And I got to pet a 36 hour old lamb!)
The site owners are a lovely young couple who were really helpful. The site has fresh water & chemical waste disposal but no EHU. There is enough hardstanding just inside the gate to fit one or two vans, so it’s fine if it’s been raining.
Highly recommended if you want a quiet time in beautiful countryside!

A simple site, water and toilet disposal point. Great views, right next to the canal. Two pubs within walking distance. A small patch of hardstanding or plenty of grass area. A lovely spot to stay. 👍👍

Sadly the entry to the site has not been cut back for sometime and it’s so bad it scrapes all along your outfit. There are massive branches and brambles that are very overgrown too. The grass on the campsite is very long too . Didn’t see anyone during our stay , no bins. Lovely walks nearby but sadly we won’t return
