I've now ordered several times from Cousins and their second has been nothing short of perfect.

Their products are quality, their own brand stuff I would highly recommend. I use their tweezers and screwdrivers and have found them as good as, if not better, than anything else I've used and I've tried a lot of brands, both bottom and top end.

I find their pricing to be very competitive.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said by others here and on various watch forums - if only I’d seen before placing an order with these crooks.

My story goes - Placed an order with 48 hour delivery for a screwdriver I needed whilst back in the UK for a short period.

2 weeks later nothing had arrived so I messaged them (they refuse to issue a contact number or email address which immediately raised alarm bells…).

Rather than an apology they immediately and arrogantly tell me to read the T&Cs and basically it’s not their fault and I need to make a claim with Royal Mail….now I’m no expert but surely failure to deliver goods purchased online should sit with the retailer and not the customer?! Even if it doesn’t any decent retailer would look after their customer and do the right thing.

Royal Mail have told me they’ve never received a parcel from them so not their issue…..so I’m now out of pocket.

We’re talking about an £18 screwdriver here, small fry that they could have easily rectified for me but instead they choose to treat me with absolute contempt.

Without shadow of a doubt the worst company I’ve ever come across online - for what it’s worth I’ll pursue a refund with my CC company as no point arguing with clueless stupidity.

I really hope one day someone takes these con artists to task and teaches them a lesson.

Customer service is non existent. Advertised components as direct replacements but fail to mention that you will have to modify it. Contacted support, I was greeted with rude and abrupt customer service representative and an even worse manager. The industry has let these guys get away with it for too long. They would rather see small businesses absorb losses and their mistakes and hide behind their B2B policies, than to offer customer support. I would strongly recommend you shop elsewhere or see it for yourself, I wish I had Listened to the TrustPilot page

Warning I would advise you to avoid this scamming company who sell faulty items and won't pay for the return postage nor will they refund there selling faulty items and not dealing with situations professionally

I have made countless online orders with Cousins over the years and they have been nothing but a thoroughly professional company to deal with. I have also contacted them about special order items and they have been quick to reply and provide a price and availability. The problem with Google reviews is people usually only make the effort to leave one when they wish to complain, and sadly those who are happy with the service they receive rarely leave a review. Cousins is a world renown supply house where watchmakers from all over the globe source tools and parts from. They have a stellar reputation in the watchmaking community. It seems a few amateur tinkerers have gone out of their way to sully their good name. Cousins has also advocated for watchmakers outside of Switzerland and taken this fight to the highest courts to allow those watchmakers to regain access to spare parts, something that was deprived of them a few years ago by Swiss conglomerates. All of this at great expense to themselves.

Appalling service, paid £85 for delivery 9 out of 10 items turned up the most expensive item did not. CousinsUk have no contact number to speak to them you have to faff about on the website to send a message staff wording can be interpreted as highly rude ! I ended up spending all weekend and Monday rectifying my delivery with UPS who are shocking for my item to arrive damaged when the box clearly states fragile CousinsUK do not care about this and clearly do not care about their customers I will be looking for an alternative supplier to supply stock for my business due ti this experience ! Photo is just a small fraction of the damage to the packaging

Be prepared if you review them in Trust pilot they will close your account !
