Choosing the right cake for your wedding is quite a daunting task but I am pleased to say my husband and I chose Katie from Couture Cakes for our special day. We were very impressed with Katie when we met her for the first time last year and the cake tasting appointment we had with her was so helpful when choosing flavours. She helped us fine-tune our dream cake and was so patient. The cake she made for our wedding last month was beautiful and the compliments we received from our wedding guests are too many to note. Katie has made a few cakes for our family from baby shower and christening cakes to our wedding cake. Not only are they the most amazing looking cakes you have seen but they taste even better. We were so thrilled with our wedding cake made by Couture Cakes...it was just how we imagined it would be, everything we could have asked for in a wedding cake and perfect in every way. The level of detail that had gone in to decorating the cake was remarkable, so much detail, and it looked beautiful. The sponge was simply delicious, so light and moist.
