Can’t recommend Dave enough!
Went to him previously to fit a floating bed in our ford transit and it was done perfectly, so just went back for him to clad the whole van and build a bulk head cabinet! It was amazing work!

We had a problem with our battery dying and he went out of his way to help by taking me to halfords and replacing the battery for us, so we didn’t have to wait for AA! Above and beyond.

Dave from Crafted Originals, what a top service, he adapted my swivel plate as I took out the double front bench seat preferring a single. Nothing fitted right so Dave didn't bat an eyelid, he just changed it to suit my van at no extra cost. Nothing was to much trouble I asked him about my hot water heater, he fixed that cheaply and sorted a bit of emergency wiring I'd done. Really nice bloke and a cracking service, highly recommended, I'll definitely be back when the next vantastrophe occurs.

Hi, I contacted Dave enquiring about the installation of my own diesel heater, he replied same day and offered dates and costs.
I visited Dave and dropped off my T5 camper and he dropped me off at a nearby farm shop cafe.
Despite issues, my fault entirely he did not request more than quoted despite it taking considerably longer than he had quoted for.
I returned to collect my van all finished and tasty warm thanks to the newly installed heater. He ran me through the controls, and ensured that I had thoroughly understood before I left.
Top guy, highly recommended.

Recently had our VW T5 converted by Dave at Crafted Originals. Dropped the van off and Dave spent the week fitting all the electrics - split charge relay, solar panel, dual charge controller, inverter, sink and water system, gas hob, fridge, lighting, EHU, and also fixed the rock n roll bed down properly.
All the work was done very professionally and is neat and tidy and functions well. I was really pleased with the outcome and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Crafted Originals.

Can't speak highly enough of Dave. Made time to come out at short notice to complete TIG stainless welding on a piece of farm equipment. Very knowledgeable and welding completed to very high level in a very short time frame. Will update with photos.

Avoid at all costs. Dave at crafted originals did work on my Ford transit camper that literally put my life at risk. He fitted a kitchen and gas. The water leaked all over the van from both the sink and tanks. The gas failed it’s certification causing danger to life. The wood work is faulty and falling apart, cupboard doors have fallen off and the van has been left a mess. He’s ignored my messages, phone calls and letters when I’ve asked for a small amount of the money back to get the issues fixed by someone else. Do not trust this business, you will only be disappointed with the work.

Update - no connection problem rendered heater useless - diesel leak from main tank sorted. Comfort controller replaced. Numerous visits back and still getting no connection problem. Dave Re wired it all as cables not secured and metled on exhaust. Autoterm and distributor and sub zero in Folkstone and Paypal all calling for a refund due to horrific install. Little did I know what was going on underneath as my original review was neat install 🤷 Dave unfortunately ignoring contact as we speak
UPDATE : STILL IGNORING CONTACT SO COURT PROCEEDINGS REFERRED THROUGH GOV. UK
