We ordered make your own waffle with bueno ice cream. Very cozy atmosphere and clean tables. Had visited other creams and this one has too many ice cream flavour options. After tasting the waffle I decided to try Luxury hot chocolate. Very very rich and delicious. Highly recommend it . Sorry i didn’t take the photo properly

So, empty bar two other tables on a Saturday lunch time.... should have been the first warning.

Ordered three drinks, one sundae and two crepes for the outrageous price of £39.10 from a staff member who spent the whole transaction with his arms crossed and a face like a smacked arse.

Orders came to the table all adhoc, the servers where either getting the items names wrong or mumbling so much we had to ask them to repeat themselves 3 times.

Witnessing the staff clearing the tables of the other two parties that left before us was hysterical.

Two staff members to clear down two tables, neither one using more than one hand each, "job for the boys" came to mind. Wiping down a table works better if you actually use the cleaning spray on the stupid trolly you insist on using.

Overall, avoid this Creams location but not the brand, there are plenty of Creams out there that are awesome .... just not this one sadly.

Food - 3 stars - nice just over priced
Service and Atmosphere - 1 star - see above.

Lovely deserts, good ice cream. Wafels are very big and have a good value ( better to share). Glad the place is open again!

Upon entering the restaurant the first thing you notice is the unusual smell. Can't be sure if it was the overuse of chemical cleaning products or the general smell of the unwashed masses inside. The place lacks atmosphere, and visually appears a little run down, and (despite the cleaning product smell) dirty and sticky. The menus and table were not pleasant to touch. We ordered and the wait was on the longer side but not completely unreasonable. Our dishes came out about 5 minutes apart, and the serving staff while not rude you could clearly tell they didn't want to be there. The waffles were not as warm as I'd expect, but taste wise it was good enough and the portions were large. And for the expensive price I'd expect it to be large. If anything the prices and portions would be better smaller. Might go back but I definitely wouldn't want to go when the place is busy.

Reopened this weekend after a few years of being closed.
I ordered 2 crepes and by far it was the worst Creams I’ve ever had - Chatham Dockside is far better and given the standards of this Creams, I think the drive to Chatham is worthwhile if you want a proper Creams.

Ordered 1 ‘Strawberry Chocolate Indulgence’ crepe, which probably only had 1 whole strawberry chopped up, insulting to charge £10 for. (Pictured)
Other Creams are by far more generous with the toppings for the same price.

The other crepe ordered was a ‘Cookie crush’ crepe and normally it is bits of broken cookie on top but for some odd reason this Creams put burnt cookie dough on the top? (pictured)
I’ve also attached a photo of what the cookie crush crepe normally looks like and as advertised on their website (pictured).

Circle wafer biscuit on both crepes were stale.

I’d suggest the staff take some training at the Chatham dockside store to see how things are done.

I can already anticipate the downfall of this Creams store (again) should they not listen to the reviews and change QUICKLY. Looking at other reviews since they’ve reopened it would appear that I’m not the only one who has had a bad experience…

It was very quiet on a run up to Christmas.
We ordered quick enough and everything arrived in good time.
I would say the prices are a bit much for what you get, but it all tasted nice.
I would give it 7 out of 10 at present.
