I bought a Quantum 200 last year, and now it's had some use, I thought it was about time I left a review. Simply, it's the best sleeping bag I've ever owned. I use it for bikepacking/ultra racing and it's been absolutely perfect.

The big draw of the Quantum 200 was it's pack size and comfort temperature rating. When packed down it really is tiny, much smaller than expected, but without compromising on warmth. The first time I use it, it was near freezing and with just boxers on, I was plenty warm enough throughout the night.

When I first started looking at Criterion bags I was undecided between the Ultralight and Quantum series bags. Being able to discuss all the options with Gareth was a big plus and he was very helpful throughout the process, ultimately guiding me to the best bag for my needs.

If you're in the market for a new sleeping bag I highly recommend Criterion bags.

I have had my Criterion Quantum 200 sleeping bag for 7 or 8 years now and I have used it hundreds of times on many long distance trails. Throughout all that time it has served me very well and is still going strong. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a lightweight, 3 season down bag that packs very small and at a very reasonable price.

My experience with Criterion sleeping bags has been incredible. Both the bag itself and the company have been amazing. In terms of the bag (Quantum 350, comfort rating of -6C at under 700g!! While packing down to almost nothing 🤯) it was such an upgrade over my old sleeping bag. Gareth was a pleasure to deal with as well and was incredibly receptive over email when asking questions. I honestly don’t think you can get a better sleeping bag at this price point when it comes to ultralight 3 season bags. I have had many great nights bike-packing, hiking, Glamping, sleeping on the floor at my Nans, in mine, and plan to have many more! As an added bonus when buying one of the best camping sleep products you are also supporting a small UK based business.

My partner purchased a down sleeping bag from Criterion earlier this year and she was so impressed with it that I did the same a couple of weeks ago. My bag (Quantum 250) is faultlessly well made, extremely snug and incredibly light. Having done some extensive research, the combination of price, fill power, size and weight was impossible to match with any of the bigger manufacturers of sleeping bags. Gareth provided superb service and even gave me a substantial discount when the bag came back fractionally underweight from the factory, due to manufacturing tolerances. We're off on a long wilderness trek soon and looking forward to a light backpack and cosy nights in the tent. Highly recommended!

Great store and product, responsive via email and quick to ship along with great products. Recently picked up the Criterion Quantum 200. Using this in early summer, alongside my partner who was using another companies 200g filled bag (that I've used many times too) and this is far superior, no more cold summer nights for me. A worthy long term investment.

I bought an ultralight 200. It really is ultralight! Packs down super small, great for bikepacking. Have only slept in it at temps around 6 degrees so far but I was very comfortable at the temperature. Purchase was smooth and delivery was extremely quick. Would recommend.

Dealing with the Criterion team was an absolute joy. Its been a while since feeling properly looked after by a retailer but the guys were great. The product itself is increfible. I had been looking for a replacement bag for a while to cope with UK Winters so took a punt and went for the Criterion bag and was so glad I did. Extremely warm, packable and suoer high quality. I would recommend this product to anyone. I use it pretty much every weekend or more when i can get away with it.
