Neil and the team at crompton have been so helpful, even when I had a issue with wiring they assisted myself and we shipped our unit to them and they have fixed it and sent it back to us.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and after sales support.
Neil provided excellent technical advice and really helped me out.
They couldn't of done anything better and got me up and running with my 3 phase pillar drill in no time.

We needed to get our Crompton Control unit repaired after many years of service. I spoke to Neil and he suggested a video of the unit for an initial over the phone discussion. We followed this up by sending the unit back to Crompton Controls and they had it diagnosed, repaired and tested within 24 hours. Amazing service and Neil kept us informed of every stage during the process. What a great company, these guys really know what they are doing, many thanks.

Crompton is one of the long established British control gear manufacturers. I have used them for years. I rather stupidly dropped an overload/breaker and managed to break the little spring loaded clip that fixes on to the top hat rail. I had only just bought the contactor and didn't want to buy another Took a chance and was able to e-mail Crompton who responded by return, I explained the problem they found a the bottom part of a spare black housing complete with retaining clip and posted it first class. It is nice to deal with a proper company Thank you Phil Townsend of technical sales It worth buying British. John Coghlan

The worst service and customer care. Will never recommend to buy any of Crompton products.
Taken 4 silent pro fans from the day one it's not working well. Highly dissatisfied.
