This is the only doctors surgery I've felt comfortable going to. I'll especially request to see Dr Kato, he's so thorough, kind and it never seems like he doesn't care, I've always been nervous going to the doctors and feeling as if I'm going to be dismissed but Dr Kato especially is absolutely fantastic about making you feel seen and heard medically.

Been with them for years and the whole time I’ve been there I’ve received the worst treatment, the staff working there have the WORST and most unhelpful attitude and make you feel like a burden for needing help. The doctors are useless, to the point of telling me I had Allergies when I had a BROKEN NOSE that required surgery, Absolutely atrocious. Only got worse over the years and now I will be changing surgery and I recommend nobody goes here.

Absolutely dreadful, pointless surgery that might as well be closed down. My partner made an appointment to get her blood drawn for a medical condition - we took time off work to drive down only to be told they couldn't do it, we needed to make another appointment. Appointment made, we came back (again taking time off work), only to once again be told they couldn't take blood and we'd need to make a third appointment. Ridiculous situation, especially since the clinic was virtually empty and my partner saw a GP not just a receptionist. If a GP can't draw a vial of blood, maybe it's time they found another profession.

Finger not knowing what the thumb is doing comes to mind. Once you leave an appointment, if you're lucky enough to get one, then is the feeling you have left the surgery for good no one seems to followup at all, which are the doctors?, who are the doctors,? I don't know who Ihave seen or will see next there.

Absolutely appalled by the forceful attitude of making people wear a mask when they are exempt from wearing a mask.
I've waited 3 weeks for a blood test to be turned away.
Terrible treatment towards people.
CQC have now been informed that I have been discrimated against by this practices Reception staff, who 1 of them, actually wasn't wearing a mask the full time they were in inside the practice themselves.

Very rude reception/office staff one in particular. All need training on children with additional needs got told my son with ADHD/autism was being very naughty and disrespectful won't be visiting this surgery ever again 0 stars
