i don't recommend this place. rude people in the office. if you arrive early they will not load the truck. and if you on time you can wait a long time

Typical stobarts place, get there early dont load you, on time you wait 2 hrs, late go away and rebook. But to get loaded takes hours i suppose that why they have slowbarts as a nick name. So make sure you have plenty of time before you get there

If you’ve just passed your hgv & you get sent here for your first run,don’t worry because the only way is up,you’ve hit the bottom here. Arrogant is second nature to these,I personally witnessed a lad behind the counter having a go at a driver,how the driver didn’t hit him I don’t know,never seen anything like it ..terrible behaviour from this company employee

I live very close to this site and the noise it generates especially at night is causing many sleepless nights , which does not help my health issues, I have complained about the noise on numerous occasions and even got the city health and safety involved but nothing as been done about it. It is an absolute disgrace that this company is allowed to carry on with this level of noise pollution.

Came 30 mins early sent away came back at time slot and after 50 mins waiting I'm not even on a bay and the staff in the office are very ignorant.
