Very helpful and friendly staff. My experience of both buying a new electric bike and also servicing was very smooth. Their brand is also very high quality and the bike is very effortless and simple to assemble. I wanted to say thank you to Wayne who was very helpful, he explained all the products within my price range and answered all my questions in purchasing a electric bike.

Wayne helped me narrow down my search by listening to what I wanted , as I didn’t know the difference between the bikes. Overall first class customer service and will definitely recommend them. A day hasn’t passed when I haven’t been on my new bike. So happy with my purchase.

I purchased the Cruz73 Unlimited. I've had it for around 2-3 weeks now and can honestly say, for the money, its a bargain.

It is solidly built and well put together.
The front light is big and bright.
The seat is large and comfortable and you can carry a passenger with ease (the weight limit for the bike is around 180kg according to Cruz) and additionally comes with footrests for passengers. A decent bright rear light is also integrated, which not many ebikes have.
It uses standard Julet (Juliet) waterproof connectors, so should you want/need to mod or repair it, it is easy to disconnect/connect things you might need to.
It has a 750W Bafang motor which has some good torque on the thumb throttle and has taken me (weighing around 115kg) to 27+mph (43kph). 32.5mph is the max theoretical with no load on the wheel as tested by me.
The front suspension actually works really well and absorbs the odd pothole. It works really well on grass and gravel and makes the ride comfortable
I had need to call them a couple of times, just to check on details before I ordered and also to check on my scheduled delivery. The man who answered each time was courteous, professional, patient and polite.
Seriously, I know I sound like a walking advert for them, but I believe that good customer service and a great product should be recognized.
They are based in the UK and manufacture their own bikes.

Seriously, if there are any downsides there is only one I can think of and that is the battery is the old 4 pin connector, not the more recent 5 pin which are easier to get hold of. However, the batteries are branded Haillong, so not cheap and nasty and likely to start a fire! Arguably, the parts fitted on the bike, except the Nutt brakes, are not branded which would attract a more premium price, but the parts that are fitted seem well made, work well and get the job done.
Great product, great staff! Recommended!

EDIT February 28th 2023: Now on 250 miles with this bike (mostly used for commuting a short distance (less than a mile each way) and some leisure rides. It has been faultless throughout. The only other downside that has come to light during this time is that I would have liked a slightly larger capacity battery! Thats only because I'd like to travel slightly further!! Range is still great though. I've had lots of positive comments and praise for the bike as I've gone past people.

Great customer service experience and after purchase care, guys said any issues even years down the line i can contact them for any issue, received the bike today and it’s the most fun i’ve ever had on 2 wheels! 40 minutes to unbox and assemble everything and onto the test ride.. these bikes WILL put a smile on your face, all the quality of the more expensive versions for a realistic price and free shipping! feel like i’ve had my moneys worth after owning for a single day, makes my commute a breeze and a real head turner seat is super comfy and can still maintain good speed with a passenger on the back did around 16 miles currently mainly on throttle and only 1 bar gone from the battery. usb port on the battery is a very nice addition and battery is totally removable so you can charge without moving the full bike. the 750w version is a big bike with good suspension and foot pegs on the back for a passenger, all settings are customisable through the screen and step by step given in the owners handbook on what each setting is, speed can be capped if you would like or set to unlimited, the speed of pedal assist can also be adjusted if you don’t want it to shoot off as soon as you move the pedal (handy for parking) overall very very very satisfied with my purchase and couldn’t recommend these guys enough and can’t actually believe more people aren’t writing fantastic reviews after their purchase as this is happiness on wheels.

Purchased the Cruz 73 unlimited bike as a present for my partner who is 6ft 4, bike is the perfect size for him and is very comfortable to ride. No issues with the bike and USB port is such a brilliant idea as have found this very useful. Highly recommend.

I have tried many different electric bikes for my business. And I can undoubtedly say that these are far superior to it’s competitors. The speed, handling, distance and build quality is perfect. You get what you pay for. There maybe slightly cheaper options but these were the right ones for us. Oh and not forgetting the customer service and after care team for parts means no headache!! Great bike! Completely undercut something similar I had seen so went to see them for myself as couldn’t believe the price and as good as it looks in the pictures! Really easy to use and love the usb charging point also as a little hidden extra! Very happy

I bought the Cruz73 250pro really happy with the purchase. Ordered it 3pm had it delivered the next day with UPS. The customer service was very helpful with all the questions I had prior to ordering. Top stuff keep it up!!
