I've used this company for my two daughters and never had an issue. They keep a lot in stock. Walked in and got nearly all uniform the same day. Didn't have PE hoodie so I ordered online. 5 days later it was ready as expected. Staff are friendly and sized my daughter up perfectly. I appreciate the good service especially in the busy summer times in run up to school.

Ordered school uniform for crystal knitwear a while ago and they always say they will be here next week but they never are ? They need to get the times correct with orders as it's very busy when it's time for schools returning to school

Used in the past and had loads of problems with this company so very disappointed that NottsCC chose them again, tried them again but with only 1 badged jumper for my son, £13.40 to collect in store or nearly £5 delivery, noticed ready within 7 days but not noticed the extremely small print with catches, also not mention shop is not disabled friendly and no place to park without getting parking ticket. Went on holiday expecting it to be ready on return has left note on order when we would pick it up not get notice ready message as out of country with way to contact us, not surprised on return it was not ready as years ago lost order for weeks then got it wrong, took months last so not expecting anything different this time.

Having just got my daughters uniform from here i would like to thank crystal knitwear for all their help and the great staff i phone up and spoke to a lovely lady and my order was ready there following week best school wear shop in town hands down
