Definitely a 5* experience.
The ladies on reception are very welcoming and friendly and offered me a hot drink.
Martin, again another friendly welcome, very kindly sorted out my old CScope detector that had stopped working and made sure it was operable before I left.

I metal detect for a number of reasons, one being that my youngest, Steven at 31 years of age, has autism, and that I have a stressful job in Forensic Accident Investigation, and needed some quiet down time for myself to clear the head. Having read many reviews I settled on the CS3MXipro and was not disappointed! Fantastic machine and great value for money. It was so good my oldest, Mark, decided he wanted to metal detect, and he too loved the CS3. So I pushed the boat out and took ownership of a 6MXi with the straight stem fitted. The benefit for me, nudging 60, was the audio tone discrimination, it saved me so much time in deciding whether to dig or not. What a machine. Then Marks lad Joshua joined in at 8 years of age, and we brought him a lovely CS440XD which is helping him to learn the ropes. We detect together as a family with my brother Rowley and Brother-in-law Rob, so we have 3 generations detecting. My CS family find just as much as others (Deus, top end Garretts, Minelab etc.) at a fraction of the price. I will not change my C-scopes for anything, Well done C-Scope, and you are British as well!
