My wife is throughly over the moon with her downstairs cubicle toilet as my wife suffers with Severe Crohns disease and was finding it difficult to get upstairs. I didn’t know how this was going to fit in our utility room was a little bit scared at first but the design and the look of the cubicle fits really well. Excellent service excellent communication and and excellent cubicle. I have nothing bad to say as it’s Perfect for the needs and so pleased I went ahead with the order.

Good value when compared to competition and easy to select options needed. Very helpful on the phone, but delivery communication by email didn't work and had to be reorganised by phone which worked much better. Recovered situation well, and item arrived quickly thereafter with a very helpful delivery driver. Well packaged and should do exactly what we need it to. Would use them again.

I’ve had a gents restroom in a world famous roadhouse to refurbish, ordered the parts and panels. When they arrived I could unfortunately not be there to accept the goods some of the panels were damaged and the person who accepted the goods on my behalf asked for them to be returned, unfortunately in the whole process they did not note that there was a box of fittings missing from the consignment, our project was delayed by a few months due to unforeseen circumstances at the roadhouse so the parts and panels were stored on the premises, when we finally got there I checked over the items received and noticed the missing fittings, cubicle warehouse were not in any way interested or forthcoming in replacing these parts also some panels that were excess to requirements, they were also not interested in these being returned even though they were in an unopened box, I was just fobbed off that it was months later and they would not help at all, they are obviously not interested in repay business and I certainly won’t be dealing with them again, ridged jobs worths with no understanding that things in business change direction on a penny
Very disappointing. I will be in contact with the ombudsman to establish my rights in this situation. I wanted to give them a zero star rating but it’s not possible
