I am a new Custom Labels customer, started using them mid 2023; I was impressed with the turnaround for a tricky serialised custom label where I was really trying to squeeze more than I should do onto the size - Beth Gardner was very patient and together with the rest of the team both helpful and lightning fast with their communications.

I recently returned with a repeat order, taking out the next block of serial numbers - submitted an order and waited for delivery.... Didn't have to wait long; they turned up the next day - what's this, Amazon Prime?! I was truly impressed.
