I can't thank the team at Custom Toys UK enough for bringing our mascot to life! Our branding is a huge part of the company and getting her just right was so important to us at EweMove. Izzy was a star from the initial first contact, she filled me with hope and reassured me that they could get our Ewenice right after many other failed attempts over 10 years with other companies. And was she right!! The artwork was great, the sample was amazing and we really could see that this time we smashed it with Customer Toys UK. Steve was brilliant in keeping us up to date with progress and shipping, any tweaks we made, were quickly resolved and sent back. Our whole network loved these when they were announced at our conference and we have had so many orders since. Our franchisees finally have a toy they can give out on completion day. We have made a whole campaign around her so we are so excited to see where this takes us!

Pink Elephant Communications asked Custom Toys to make us a very bespoke plushy based on our pink elephant logo and we are absolutely thrilled with the result. We are now on our second order of "Nellies" which is a prize handed out at the end of our training courses and a very much sought after item. We've had the pleasure of working with the team at Custom Toys UK on two previous occasions. They helped us bring our core character (and brand) to life across 6 different plushie characters. We've subsequently used these at tradeshows, customer events and added the character to customer welcome boxes.

Custom Toys helped us produce a wonderful penguin soft toy with removable eye, to be used by our charity who support children who may undergo enucleation from retinoblastoma - a rare form of eye cancer. Christian, Olivia and team were extremely professional and patient with our numerous prototype designs and changes. We’re delighted with the final product and it has been so impactful for the children that receive it.
