Just had the Specialized Sirrus X 3•0 serviced after riding the Worth Way from East Grinstead. I had to give the bike a good clean before I turned the bike over to the Cycles UK Maidstone service department. They’ve done a lot of work on it for me since I bought it in June 2024 so there wasn’t much needing attention. After the tune up it rode very very smoothly, perfect.
I can’t praise the guys enough for building this bike. It rides fantastic. It’s lighter since the drive train mod’ which only helps me out in climbing hills.
I’ll be doing a lot more of that this summer. The cycle routes (Pilgrims Way and the North Downs Way), and the National Cycle Routes are not far, opening further travel and riding opportunities. The gravel of the New Forest is next on the list.

Honest advice and excellent service is what i got,
A friendly run shop by guys who love bikes,know there stuff and actually sell you what you need and not init just to take as much as possible.
After care service is impeccable and again friendly and helpful. Can't fault them a breath of fresh air tbh .

Been to this shop a few times, always 5* service. Recently picked up a Specialized Levo SL. All sorted with Russ. Can't fault this company. Feel very grateful to have the best in the business as my local bike shop.

Just bought a bike from here a few days ago for my son. From the start I entered the store I got a friendly welcome from staff. The young lad there offered excellent advice with no pressure to buy. Ended up buying a bike on that day that was ready in only a few hours. Great price and threw in a few extras for free.
Had a slight issue with a tyre not holding air(gone tubeless) Sorted out today by Adam at no cost. Excellent service and thoroughly recommend a visit. Keep up the good work.

As someone who is a complete beginner when it comes to cycling I really didn’t know where to start or what I needed. Thanks to Rowan and all of the staff in the store they walked me through the pros and cons of each option and within no time I was sitting on a bike and shortly after the bike was ordered. This store is always really busy and I can now understand why because everyone is not only so friendly but also so knowledgeable and it made the whole experience of getting a new bike which initially was quite daunting, really enjoyable and really easy to do. I got my bike through the cycle to work scheme and it was available to collect within a week of ordering it. Thank you so much to everybody at CyclesUK, if you live in and around Maidstone you have an absolute gem on your doorstep and I would really recommend you pop in take advantage of that with any of the cycling queries you may have.
