I needed a mobile bike mechanic to service my road bike prior to selling it.
I contacted Mark and he replied almost instantly advising what he could do and the prices.
He even agreed to come out of his usual area for me.
We booked the appointment and Mark turned up when he said he would, he was very knowledgeable about bikes and did the service.
He had to replace a perished brake cable, and he gave me some advice on the gearing should I decide not to sell it.
All in all it was a really good experience from start to finish and as we have 3 bikes in our household I will undoubtedly be using Mark's services again.

Mark was fantastic. He was recommended to by from a friend as we were trying to sort out a slipping chain and running breaks issue. It wasn’t a simple one as the disc wasn’t bent but it appeared to be. Mark sorted both issues and even went the extra mile to make the disc as perfect as possible to remove the need for a new wheel. Would highly recommend him and he’ll be my go-to guy from now on! Thanks Mark

What can I say that has not been said already, Mark is such a knowledgeable man and did a fantastic job in repairing my bike and giving it a full service, he took every moving part off my bike and replace several items too. (Triggers Broom spring to mind lol)

Mark kept me updated at all times and my bike come back like new, in fact maybe better then new.

I can't thank Mark enough for doing such a fantastic job and taking so much care in the work he does. Outstanding customer service alone with very affordable rates.

I would recommend Mark to anyone who needs their bike service or repaired.

My first time of using Cycli Gert Cycle was a very good experience. I had noises coming from the bottom bracket area on my Lynsey road bike and several other issues that needed a specialist to fixed. Mark looked the bike over and explained what he would do to resolve the issues. He kept me informed during the process of fixing the bike with regular online updates and it now rides like new. I’m very pleased with the results and would have no problems in returning my bike to Mark to be fixed again if needed. Thanks Mark.

This is the second time we have used Cycli Gert Cycle Repairs. I would 100 percent recommend this service. Mark really knows what his talking about and takes the time to explain what needs doing before he takes the bike in for repair. He also keeps you updated if there are any issues or extra things come up as he's working so there are no surprises when you collect. I purchased a second hand bike which turned out to have a lot more problems than I initially thought. Mark was able to bring the bike back to really good safe condition. My daughter said it was really lovely to ride. I am confident in letting my daughter ride it knowing that it has been thoroughly inspected, parts changing that needed it and serviced to a really high standard. This was all done in an amazing time frame, we will definitely be using this service again. Thank you again.
