Had a leaky bathroom sink and, ideally, I wanted to avoid calling a plumber out over something relatively minor. So popped in to see if they could provide a couple of replacement seals / o-rings. They didn't have identical replacements but recommended another widget that would sort out the problem. Went home, fixed it myself and no leak anymore. Excellent, friendly service and reasonably priced, good quality items.

Just came into D and Js plumbing shop as tried my hand at fixing a leak under the sink and failed! Started getting a leak sooooo walked into the shop greated by 2 men with smiles willing to help me, a person that has no idea what parts were called and just showed photos.
They were so much help and knew what I was on about as well ! Would come back again again.

Excellent local Shop friendly shop, and the owner being a former plumber knows what he talking about. Once I wanted to to "fix" something my self and instead of just selling me something he strongly advised me to get a plumber as it was not as easy as I thought it would be, and the other time I was struggling to find a plumber to come and do an urgent job, and he made one phone call and an hour later someone was at my door and the problem was fixed. What more can I say. Try getting that level of service at a big chain shop.

Need to connect a Grohe tap to normal copper pipes and despite trying screwfix and another plumbers merchant no one had the right connector. Went into D&J’s and they essentially built me what I needed. A great retailer run by a plumber so loads of great experience.
