Of the 3 5* ratings one is written by Julie Harwood when they had an employee of the same name, one was written at the same time by 'A Resident' who has only ever posted 1 review giving no specifics and one was written by someone who says how well they fitted the bathroom so presumably he wrote his review on the wrong company (there is a DMG plumbing and heating).
In my dealings with DMG property management I am constantly amazed how lazy and incompetent they are.

DMG Property Management.
PLEASE READ UNTILL THE END...
The worst Property Management I personally dealt with.
We had problems with people parking in the access way to and from our residential car park, and in between the garages and parking spaces make it really hard to access the parking spaces.
Ask DMG Property Management to do something on this mater and they said very easy that they have no power to do anything.
Lighting in the car park is really low or not and no cctv in the car park.
People whom are parking like idiots also attacked me I the car park because I told the not to park in there.
Reported to the police and to DMG Property Management which they said simple as that I've done really well calling the police but they still cannot do anything...
So bare in mind if you are moving somewhere where your property is managed by DMG Property Management.
All this happened in Ashford Kent

Shocking property management company. Been left with massive water issues for over a month. Weekends have water for a hour a day. Can't drink, wash hands, shower, do washing, wash up, flush the toilet, cook dinners, fill the iron up.... the list goes on. Keep getting palmed off. The supposed fixed date will be the 24 by then it will be 2 months with out efficient water. They haven't so much as offered a single bottle of water to anyone.

Never experienced service like it. We have lived within a block managed by DMG for over two months now and since this date we have not had a consent supply of running water. Meaning we do not have a supply of drinking water, can't wash or use our washing machine. The director feels that as we have an intermittent supply which only occurs during the day he does not need to do anything of urgency. We are constantly spending money on drinking water, laundrette services and yet still paying for our water bill with no comments from DMG apart from 'I have nothing to update you with'. Absolutely ridiculous, DO NOT USE!!

Worst management estate company. We’re paying a ridiculous amount of money every month plus the service charge and we are let down every time there is an issue. We have had no water at the moment for almost two months, always on and off, we can’t shower, flush the toilet, or wash any laundry/dishes. Many times already when the water was off while showering and burning ourselves with the last drops of hot water. They’re just horrible!!!

needed a copy of a previous invoice for a service charge as were in the process of selling our property, but because DMG are no longer the management company that looks after our estate they were unwilling to help. didn't even attempt to help or offer any advice of how I could resolve my issue, just told me to speak with the new management company. even though the payment was made to them, i don't understand how they cant just forward me my invoice they must have records of this transaction

Every single flat in the complex has had the water going off since end of May 2024. Not being fixed till July 2024. They had months to rectify the issue but there was no urgency. A lot of us have kids and have to go without washing and drinking water most of the day. We're all struggling but still no urgency

Where to start... my partner and I moved to highgrove mews 3 years ago and since then we've had way too many issues. When moving into the building we realised the buzzer was not working, the carpet hadnt been changed in 10 years, the communal front door was not closing and gangs of teenage boys would pop by at late hours of the night to get high, drink and pee on the communal carpet. We addressed this to dmg in which it was hard to get them to agree to fix all these issues but finally were fixed after some not so pleasant phone calls and emails. Since then unfortunately the issues didnt end, we didnt realised we had moved into a not so great area and our neighbours have not been the best, alot of them breaking the lease contract by playing drums at all sorts of hours, not using carpets (this is part of the contract as the building is not well built and you can hear everything! We didnt know that until we moved in), neighbours getting so drunk that you can hear their domestic fights frequently to the point were police have been involved, nocturnal neighbours drilling and doing DIY in their flats at stupid hours and so on! All these issues have been addressed to the council and DMG however its so hard to reach to the person in charge of our building! (DMG) While she is polite and does end up helping us to a certain extent you have to keep chasing her or else she just ignores you. We normally first email, as theres no response we email again, as theres still no response we call her in which her colleague normally says "sorry she is in a meeting or she is not available (every single time)" so we asked to be called back and she never calls back so we need to keep calling until she picks up..... this is quite infuriating as we are not happy with our current living situation and they dont seem to a care at all, perhaps they just want the money and not be bothered by the owners that pay their wages. Needless to say my partner and I are hoping to put the property on the market this year and get out of here but we will make sure not to buy anywhere else where DMG is involved.
