Furniture of good quality but customer service and delivery is horrible!
Their partner (DX delivery) is completely unreliable, never know when and if the item will arrive (ETA time slots are actually 2-3 days, all day, anytime). I ordered 2 items and I had issues with both (delivered to wrong address, never informed me about that, I had to chase the orders and spend days to solve the issue ).

Our company has bought a reasonable amount of DAMS furniture over the years, but the quality recently is very poor, with items degrading and/or breaking after relatively little use.

I would have given 0 stars if I could.

I cannot stress how disappointed we are at the quality of desks. We bought them in October/November last year. We closed our centre for nearly 4 months. The screws have been falling out since day 1. We have noticed now that the desks are unstable and that the feet have all broken.

We reported this to you who simply said it was our fault. Our only responsibility is buying substandard desks at a high price.

We do not feel safe using these in our business as if they collapse on a student and injure them, we are due a large insurance claim!

Customer service needs improving as does the quality of your products. I will not be using you again unless things change drastically.

My DAMS office chair was cheaper than many. After a wee struggle getting it assembled from the flat pack, I'm sitting in total comfort in it. Rolls nicely too. I didn't realise I was going to be able to lean back! Doubt I'll get much work done now.

Still waiting for a desk due nearly two weeks ago. First desk sent, broken on arrival at depot. Replacement sent on overnight, broken in transit and with no fittings pack. Packaging substandard. Customer service non existent, they couldn't care less about their end customer's satisfaction.

Very pleased with desk , delivered quickly and offered to assemble and install but I wasn't ready due to decorating .
Very easy to assemble and great quality for the price too .

Have dealt with DAMS for quite a few years, their furniture is ok for a low to mid price range manufacturer but their customer services are absolutely horrendous bordering on non existent, do yourselves a favour and buy from someone else as it's not worth the bother..
