I own a specialty welding and fabrication shop in central minnesota usa for 29. I have tried I think every brand of torpedo multi fuel heater over the years and the Master is the only one that has held up to the time. Emailed 5 weeks ago asking if they could service one of their own machines a Pro Pac 16 heating our pool, chased on email and by phone 5 weeks later after NO response and called tobe told 'we are really busy', so was I filling out your dumb form! very poor customer support, avoid, do not use, call or contact as it is not fit for purpose, a sad fact. They must be making enormous margins to be so complacent....... good luck with that !
I called a local company instead, they cam eout the next day, no forms, no waiting, replies and confirmations in email, its not hard !

One of the worst companies that you can have a
service contract with . As soon as you pay them they promise to fix and send you a quote that never happens . I have been waiting for them to fix my units with no luck . I have called them every day for the past 6 weeks and still waiting . If there is a prize for incompetence they will be at the top . I know its international company but there UK operations are by far the worst . Can any body advice me if there is any other company that can service my units a part from these clowns ?

I spent 300 pounds to open my pool in April 2020, bought a brand HPP April 2019. Since April 2020 an error code has shown up and shut down the HPP, Two engineers have visited and cannot find the fault its over 5 months and i have not used the pool at all this summer, poor deplorable and unconcerned customer service avoid this company at all costs as they dont seem to understand the meaning of warranty .I am now in the process of launching a full complaint .
