Personally, this company is a place that I'd avoid.

Poor working conditions, high staff turnover. The expectation is that you'll keep working regardless of being understaffed.

I'm giving it a one star simply because I need to discourage others from giving this place a shot.

There will come a point for this company, where they've sifted through all the local staff that have come and gone, and they'll have to transport willing staff in. Maybe by that time, they will have realised their mistake.

If I could give 1 star I would my son started in November on a 12 week probation over last few trained couple new starters today told with no reason that failed probation looks like company needed people for Christmas rush

Spalding site is awful. Poor management team. Clueless on what staff to keep or promote. Always picks their friends. Ona suits they falsifying all paperwork to make it look amazing. Even shop floor staff falsify
