I ordered something online and the moronic delivery company delivered it on the wrong day and to some random address (without telling me where they left it). The woman I spoke to a DDS was friendly, polite and helpful. She took the issue away and solved it, and even sent me email updates as I wasn't in a position to take a call. I really appreciated the service she gave and that she solved the problem created by a third party. On the basis of this service and other issue-free orders I would recommend this business as a great place to shop!

Such a shame I can only give 5 stars. We ordered a sofa on Sunday and it arrived early on Wednesday and the price was very competitive. Surprised to discover that it was delivered on a pallet and was double boxed and shrink-wrapped too'; all that with no delivery charge.
The driver was exceptionally helpful, even taking it to our back garden and into the conservatory.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this excellent service - well done!

Unable to return an item bought from them. I am satisfied with its performance. They don’t accept return as I have used it. What a silly policy! How can I know I am not happy with its performance unless I use it! ‍♀️

Good department store. Been a long time since I visited such a place. Stocked with a wide array of homeware, DIY etc etc. A good BBQ section upstairs (reason for my visit) that caters for serious BBQ enthusiasts. Definitely worth a visit

Nice shop but staff member had terrible attitude. This morning waited ages at the till to pay while 2 staff members fussed over a display and laughed with a warehouse man. They were 10ft from me. Eventually I asked if someone was manning the till or should I go to a different one. One of them came across scowling at me and saying she was busy, then grudgingly opened the till and served me. Her attitude was very unpleasant, rude even. I’d guess she was in her 60s, so old enough to know better. I’m going to Homebase next time.

Excellent service, delighted with product, price and delivery. I ordered a Le Creuset frying pan and a knife. The price for both was competitive and the delivery was quick (even though I had opted for the free service) To my surprise, my order came with two lovely Darlington Highball glasses - delighted!!

I was sent a damaged Sage risotto plus . At over £100 these machines are treble the cost of their competitors so I expected something special… not someone’s reject.

I sent photos, they’ve confirmed they have received the item back but are in no rush to Refund. I won’t be shopping with them ever again.

Truly can not recommend Dawsons enough irdered 2 dinner services Thursday evening. Arrived today. Beautifully packaged and an excellent turn around less than 72 hours after ordering. I now know where to shop for any additional items I require. It was also a really good offer. Thank you and well done.
