Reasonably good turnaround time, layout of bays can be confusing if you don't know exactly where you are going and not lot of room to maneuver in small yard. Watch out for pedestrians, as yard is also used by Joe Public to gain access to Poole Dialysis Centre which uses same yard area and Joe Public don't wear hi-viz and don't stick to marked walkways.
