Amazing amazing amazing! Honestly I debated and interviewed 5 different stair manufacturers and DDC was by far the best. They are trustworthy, timely, and professional. They even let you come to the warehouse in north London to pick the colours and see examples. The measurements were precise and the stairs were delivered 3 weeks sooner than they estimated.

The stairs themselves are beautiful and stable and just wow!

I recently had a bespoke staircase designed and installed by DDC. Overall it was a great experience with a beautiful staircase that I’m very happy with.

The DDC team were very patient during the design phase investigating different options and after selecting a concept worked with us making numerous design changes over a period of weeks to meet our needs.

Material purchase and fabrication occurred per the stated schedule.

Installation occurred over a few days and generally went well. There were a few installation issues some of which were related to our chosen design that were dealt with by the service manager promptly attending site and agreeing ways forward that resolved the issues to our satisfaction.

The installation team were polite and respectful of our property, worked in a clean and efficient manner and demonstrated good craftsmanship, responding positively to site engagement.

As mentioned we have a fabulous looking staircase that we are very happy with and wood have no hesitation in recommending DDC.

I had DDC install a steel staircase cladded with wood and with a glass balustrade. This was installed from the ground floor to the loft.

I must say that I was very impressed with the service provide, from our initial meeting on site to the finished product, and their prices were very competitive.

What a great company to work with. We had a very complicated and badly and partially completed timber staircase on site done by another contractor. We had three people take a look at this to add a handrail and all three told us to take the entire staircase down! That was not an option. But DDC worked with us meticulously to retain the staircase and make each of it's elements into a feature. We now have a show stopping staircase on site and some very very happy clients. Get them on your project.
From designing with Gabriel and Aysh. To working out the technical details with Serhii. And not enough good things can be said about Alkis the 3rd generation master joinery and Andrei who were quick to work in last minute changes. And the painting team Ermal and Pavlo who not only finished the snags quickly but also went around and checked the handrail many many times. Ernold is leading a great team which will be an asset to your project.
