Product is good quality. Delivery on the otherhand wasn't. Give you a 2 day delivery slot with no times, so your not able to plan anything. Then delivered it with a 18ton wagon that can't get anywhere. It was just the driver so the lift was too much for him on his own. It was left to me a 65 yeat old bloke to assist getting off the truck and carrying it round to the property. I paid £42 pounds for that wonderful.

Deanta had a great choice on the website and very easy to order the type and size of doors I require.
Once delivery was arranged I was kept updated right up till the driver was at my house !
The driver was also very friendly and very helpful too.

What a contrast to the last delivery. The driver, Tom, on his own, was helpful, friendly and relaxed. The door was brought into our home, unlike his colleagues who thought the doors were too heavy to carry between them! Tom has definitely raised the bar even if it was on the ground previously.

The quality and aesthetics of the doors are superb and customer services impressive also (thanks Keegan).

Good points for the delivery: punctual and polite operatives.
Bad points: the driver was nervous about driving along the path leading to the home. That I understand but there is clearly a training need. Also there was no means held of taking the doors to the home from the delivery vehicle eg. a sack-truck on the lorry, and I guess because of rules the operatives didn't carry them and so left the doors at the roadside gate. Embarrassingly I am retired, short and skinny, but managed alone!

Ordered six doors from Denata prompt delivery really pleased with the purchase arrived safely and carefully unloaded by the driver a really pleasant person who explained everything we needed to know about the purchase. Pleased with the way he interacted with me. Cannot be more happier with them. Keep up the good work.

Truly excellent service from Deanta. I ordered 9 doors through Vibrant Doors in Derby, but Deanta hadn't got 3 of the 9 in dock, so had to make them. Deanta kept me informed throughout the process and held onto the doors for me when my carpenter couldn't fit them immediately. When he was ready to fit them I rang Deanta who delivered them immediately. The driver keeping me informed of delivery time on the day. If only other businesses were as helpful and informative throughout the whole process from order to delivery this country would be a much better place. Your staff seem to enjoy their work and always did exactly what they said they would.
I will definately recommend Deanta.

Excellent service. Doors arrived on correct day and at right time. Received a call in advance to acknowledge order and to give some idea of delivery date. Messages received throughout updating me. Tracker was accurate. Driver was friendly and efficient. Offered to help if needed but he was fine on his own. He brought doors into house and to where I wanted them. Will definitely use again in future when replacing other doors. Very happy.
