Amazed by the range of products in this shop, bought some lovely blue aqua shoes for my holiday. The guy serving me was really friendly and helpful and said you get 30 days to return for a refund not for store credit so that’s great. Thank you!

We have been customers of Decathlon stores in Europe and other UK locations. We have found the staff at the York branch to be very good going above and beyond to assist us in buying decisions by bringing insights and other factors that we had not thought of. In conclusion we like Decathlon but have found the York store to be even better.

An enormous store selling everything outdoors orientated. Some secondhand bikes for sale - that's nice ?. Even had skiing equipment but not the cycling helmet ? I wanted to try for size. Got a cheap fleece. Guy on the till very helpful. Guy on the door gave me a nice welcome and said goodbye as well.

Great customer service. Went in store to buy my daughter some flippers and got some helpful advice from the store assistant on sizing. They then ordered the size I needed in to store as they weren’t available. This was a smooth and easy process.
