They don’t pay their debts. Invoice is now 2 months overdue and they have NO intention of paying it. Unless they post is edited, you can assume that they still OWE us the money.

If I could give no stars I would, absolute shambles of a company - they have no control over anything and have no idea on how to export or import. They sub-contract to any old firm that deliver your goods in appalling condition & then blame the customer for it. Please don't use if you value your goods.

Highly do not recommend to make transports for Delamode UK!

I tried to get from Delamode workers transport order number ( for invoicing ), so I had to write to all people in their branches until someone helped me ( Mr. D. which gave me an order dissapeared since we delivered goods ), additionally they have overdue invoice ( 30 days for now ) which they didn't pay. Contact is horrible, nobody knows how to help , invoice department has only name " invoice" because even If You asked them for something they cannot help You at all or don't know how ...

They told me that they paid amount for invoice to wrong account ( they had some kind of document since 2 or 3 years before with old IBAN ) and they will not pay us until bank will return them money... They are not checking the invoices which are receiving from carriers ( to be sure that accounts are correct ).

Right now debt recovery process is open for this company.

Be careful, these guys don't pay their invoices. Transport made at the beginning of June, still don't have the money. we just received an answer on the 20th of September confirming the payment but till now silence. So be really careful

Last year in August 2016 we used them to send few pallets to Europe, needless to say they got there so badly damaged that we had to dispose of it , also several items were missing. Put a claim in , sent all the documents and pictures and never heard anything back but to contact our insurance.
