I came in to print a document for my work,
after I had explained to the man working there
(Martin) what I needed printing He began to make conversation.

He then out of nowhere says:

“This has absolutely nothing to do with your skin colour”.

He then went on to say he gets some African customers that come into the store sometimes
( I do not care ) and then goes on a tangent about how they don’t always want to pay the full price and try to bargain him and what not.

In future maybe work on your social skills or get some diversity training because that isn’t the type of conversation to have when running a business, better to keep opinions about other customers and their race or skin colour to yourself.

Next time maybe just talk about the weather instead of making uncomfortable and awkward conversations,
Service was fine besides that.

Absolutely disgusting shocking service!!!! After recieving refund the shop seller behind the counter was extremely aggressive raising their voice berating me shouting at me then proceeded to hold on to my bank card waiving it around whilst continuing to shout at me. Extremely aggressive!!! I demanded my bank card back still seller shouting holding on to my bank card eventually the seller gave it back. Extremely intimidating and unnecessarily behaviour aggressive uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. Seller was aggressive and intimidating behaviour!!!! I strongly recommend steer well clear of this shop for your own safety do not enter this store disgraceful is a understament to say the very least I am left very shaken and shocked from this experience will never enter this shop again after being unnecessarily treated in this manor.

Absolutely atrocious service. Came in to print one page in colour and on card, it wasn’t coming out the same way as on my home screen, so the guy that served me suggested trying different printing options, to which I agreed. Little did I know that I was then charged quite a bit for every sheet of paper they printed, and that went in the bin as they weren’t coming out correctly. I questioned the charge, to which got a very rude and pushy response from another person who seemed to be ether a manager or the owner, that I didn’t ask about prices. He then proceeded to call me a cheapskate in my face, all while another customer was in the shop. A rip off and disgusting service.

I phoned ahead to ensure I could use the computer in store and print a document for work after my printer broke. I phoned to inform the shop I needed the printer for 10:25 am and that I would only have 5-6 minutes to get the job done.

When I arrived the store owner instantly reset the internet connection meaning I no longer had time to print my document. Phoning ahead was a waste of time. When I expressed my disappointment with the service the store owner gave me a most sarcastic "have a good day".

Would not recommend this business. Rude and unhelpful.

First impressions of the shop were poor and these impressions were reinforced when I had to deal with the owner who was unhelpful, aggressive and rude. I would never again set foot inside this shop. There are much better, professional print shops in the area who know how to deal with customers and provide a proper service. Avoid at all costs unless you like sloppy work and being shouted at by someone who should learn more people skills (including personal hygiene)

Absolutely terrible service!! Very rude and unprofessional, asked if it was possible for him to install windows on my MacBook (usig bootcamp) to which I was told the windows licenses cost £97 (fine had no problem with that) however he was going to charge me £235 to do it!! When I politely said I'd look elsewhere he got all moody and seemed to take offence to what I said.

I am not the only one who thinks he rips people off aswell as being rude! I defiantly won't be walking in that shop again and if I was you I'd stay well away!

They have sorted out two desktop pc's and three laptop's over the last two and a half years. Very knowledgeable owner. Still an old school eccentric business which is getting harder to find. Always has a good deal, and I have only experienced good service.
