I am in love with the Duvon woolen duvets. I haven't missed the old goose down duvet at all. The wool is breathable, more hygienic and will last a lifetime. In my country I couldn't find a wool duvet which price corresponded to its quality, then I discovered Devon Duvets, which in addition to having the product I wanted, is an excellent company that supports local shepherd, with very good ethics, and a very kind customer service.

They have been very patience and attentive, giving me the chance to buy their duvets from abroad while they are upgrading their website so one can buy it online. They helped me by always answering super fast my emails,
and by going beyond their duty with my customs duty procedures.

I bought the set of two duvets for the 4 seasons, and I am very happy with the warm embrace of the wool. Very well sewn, and they have the perfect weight. The bags to store them in are a very nice and practical, as well as the lavender bags and the seamstress's signature. Best purchase I've ever made.

We have a double wool duvet and love it but as it’s got much colder, decided on a heavier weight. We’ve been waiting for the Alpaca duvets to be available for a while. Fortunately, I saw these on sale again so ordered double medium weight. Slept under it last night for first time-absolutely beautiful. Pure luxury and comfort and we’re thrilled with it. Gorgeous duvets - keep me warm and toasty on winters nights and cool in summer! The combination of the two duvets is blissfully heavy for those winter nights too, and such a lovely local company too! It’s definitely worth the price tag; money well spent.

Ordered a mattress topper in a European king size( usually hard to get), a king size duvet and two 4 fold pillows. Got an email saying might be a slight delay because waiting for fabric for outer casing of topper and did I want to split the order. I said no and everything arrived within a fortnight anyway. So was already impressed with the customer service before I got my goods - esp so having just dealt for the previous 5 months with the Emma Sleep bots. Their customer service was so bad I cancelled my order.

When my stuff arrived it was nicely packaged, with lavender bags enclosed as a thoughtful extra. This is a quality product and expensive compared to a bog standard duvet but it's gorgeous to sleep under. I overheat in bed and my husband is the opposite, this duvet feels very baby bear (just right) for both of us and seems to regulate your temperature as required. It feels so luxurious and the topper has transformed an average firm mattress into something super comfortable. My main issue is I'm never going to want to sleep under anything else so it might have ruined holidays for me!

These products are well worth the money, the customer experience is great and it's nice to be supporting British farmers. Highly recommend.
