Incredible customer service making the entire experience very enjoyable. The engraving skills are unbelievable. I ordered two identical rings, one for me and one for my dad. They are wonderful. Simon and the entire team at Dexter went above and beyond and out of there way over the course of 2 months to help me design and create an amazing ring for my wife that I gave her as a "push" present for the birth of my daughter. They took the time to understand what I needed and helped me make hard decisions as it was my first custom ring I had ever ordered. They took an expensive and scary process and made it easy, pleasurable, and cost effective. I cannot recommend this company more highly as they exceeded all my expectations and were top notch professionals.
