Awful awful service !! Just moved here and Never get my mail and just keeps saying “unable to attempt delivery” for 3 days in a row!!!! They are also only open 8am till 10am!!! Some of us work nights!! Worst Royal Mail depot and service EVER!!

PLEASE can you move location, and sort out your opening hours, so you operate more like the Swindon sorting depot? They open long hours, and have ample parking.
Why do you only open a few hrs per day? It's nearly impossible to get to you when working, and a nightmare to park.

Just checked opening hours at the PO to collect important document as we were out. Opening hours Mon to Friday between 8:00 to 10:00 only or Sat 8:00 to midday. Obviously a service for retirees or the unemployed, in this day and age this is ridiculous. Still won’t be much longer before nobody uses Royal Mail…..

The people are friendly and I think they genuinely try to provide a good service. However, they leave 'you were out' cards when I am in. Reference numbers are hand written and often wrong. Collection office opening hours are minimal and inconvenient. Royal Mail are consistently slower and more inconvenient than competitors.

So we go on to the Webb site for Didcot sorting office it clearly says hours very poor 7 am to 9 am Arrive 6.58 go to door to find hours have been changed with out even bothering to change the Webb site.
My parcel was supposedly attempted to be delivered on the Wednesday absolute fabrication as we have full CCTV, so many people arriving to pick up their parcels to see this revision of hours bad service ? My last parcel through Royal Mail took three weeks to arrive, people moan when you say you use Amazon at least they get them out there ?

Horrible services! I paid a lots of money to get my item at time. It is too late. I already had to pay to another delivery to get needed item from Amazon. As well, another expensive items already missing 7 weeks! I am not sure if this is just Didcot office fault but Royal Mail is really getting worst!
