I was driving in the rain and dark on my own and my tyre got a fast puncture. I happened to be near Didcot Tyre and Exhaust so rang them. It was closing time but they stayed open to put my emergency tyre on for no charge. Kept me safe. Thank you.

As soon as they were free they checked over my car, sorted and set me on my way without any quibble. Good quick tyre replacement stick to policies very well, however didn’t offer me further choices of tyre just gave me which one they wanted, nice tyre though.

Asked if they could fit and balance a bike tyre and was told yes they fitted it then when I asked if they had balanced it I was told no we can’t so why tell me they can so clearly not don’t the job properly and no I have to go pay someone else to balance it what a waste of time and I won’t be use if then again and would advise other to stay away
