So. My friends tv that was purchased in the end of last year. It already had issues we informed the owner of but we managed to make it work through Apple TV. Couple of weeks ago we had to get a van and drive it down to them for them to repair it, because the atrocious image quality, WiFi didn’t work, sound bar optical did not work. Today they delivered it back to us. As soon as we opened the box the first thing we did was check the bezels they has the same issue so we called in, Justin said sends photos we took it out the box and sent photos, but the tv apparently did not come like that. My friend then told Justin don’t play that game and he implied that we had broken the tv. He took no accountability for the bad product we originally received and neither when the product needed to be repaired due to those issues. We just want a refund to be done with this company.

Truly amazing service! Was served by a gentleman and young lady on Sunday that diid everything to ensure my daughter got the phone she wanted at a fantastic price. Really friendly and professional. Will definitely use this store again

I got this tv earlier this year, as soon a I opened it and set it up isuesbstarted the bezels had the backlight being seen through them and the network would not work, I called ur team and they advised to send it back but I would need to get it packaged (85 inch tv don’t have anyhting to box it up in) the box already came with duct tape holding it together, and also we just spent 1 hour moving the tv in my bedroom, since the tv didn’t have any visual problems as in picture quality I said leave it as I already had an Apple TV and just used that for network, however recently the picture quality is so horrible it is washed out and the backlights have disappeared on them as in not working and they told me to buy a box myself and ship it myself and have now ghosted my emails

Tv came back to me after being sent for repair after I drove it down from bradford to Telford. Called two times to make sure they fix everything on the tv. The state of the bezels are just hideous can see the glue coming apart, they offered me free delivery for the inconvenience least they can do, asked them deliver it on a Friday if they do they did it Monday had to take a day off work open my tv to see it in this state, called justin he claims it did not leave the warehouse like that, when I first received the tv you can take a guess but it also came in the same condition, he’s not investigating to see if the courier or me damage when realistically it was him, I am not first bad review in here and certainly won’t be the last

I bought Tv from them last week. It came in today.

The TV came without genuine power lead, which is causing damage to the power socket

Tv came with a stand but no screws have been added. What's the point of having a stand if the Tv will fall down any second?

Lastly, I've been trying to contact customer support, but they been neglecting my calls.

Worst possible customer experience.

Stay away from this company by a mile!

P.S. TV even came with some trash inside the box..

I am honestly disgusted. We went today to buy a phone for my husband, when we got there my husband said we would buy a phone for me too if we get a discount by buying two at the same time. The gentleman offered 7% when paying the amount did not match. When I tried to explain it the gentleman informed us that he gave us 5% and not 7% ​​as we agreed. It's a pity he didn't inform us before we paid. My husband didn't want to argue but I feel cheated. And I'm not even happy that I have a new phone. This was my first and last purchase in this store

Purchased a television last week, the staff were very helpful and gave us a lot of advice without pestering, as so many do.
In particular I mention the young salesman I think his name was Liam he could not have done more to help, when I set the tv up there was something I could not understand I rang him he replied I'm not sure but leave it to me and I will come back to you, the next day he called me, I found the answers you needed and I have copied them for you, problem solved, this young man is a credit to his company and gave us a service that is not often seen these days. I have purchased several items in the past few years from Digi land with any complaint whatsoever and would highly recommend them. Jim Davey

As a result of my personal experience with this company, I would refrain from purchasing refurbished products from them. After purchasing a monitor, I had problems after a few months and had the same problem after the warranty ended, but this company refused to assist or acknowledge that the product was flawed from the outset. I understand that the product is no longer under warranty, but I do not feel that they have considered my entire case. They could have offered me a free inspection to assess the cost of the repair or a discount on future purchases. I will not be doing business with this company in the future.

Great products at great prices, older models but there's nothing wrong with them, just not the most recent/current model, so can be sold cheaper than when new. Great service as answered my questions by email before visiting to look at the tv I was interested in. No pushy sales which is always a bonus, felt under no pressure to buy there & then. Supremely happy with my new tv when got it home & all set up, no problems, great price, will definitely return when needing anything else that they stock rather than go to somewhere like Currys or even off the internet. Happy customer, well done gents!
