They took my order for Logitech combo touch.

It’s been 6 days since I placed my order and I haven’t got any information for it. I need your help in cancelling the order as the service has been atrocious!

The experience with Logitech for my first ever direct order has been absolutely absolutely pathetic. The product is available for a direct pick up from an apple store. The very next day. I have placed the order six days back, and I have received no details on the order being confirmed or being shipped. For a company, which says that it is a tech company having such pathetic customer service is a disgrace. The very fact that chat support Cannot even provide timelines or confirm confirmation on cancellation is a model which is used by companies of 18th century. It looks like the entire business is joined, and it was a grave error on my part to even think of ordering directly. I use multiple logic tech products, but the direct e-commerce site is extremely annoying.

I wanted this monitor asap due to working from home because of the recent situation in country. if this company keep UPS as the delivery company then don't expect your parcel to arrive. Not reliable, doesn't worth it and will leave you frustrated and hopeless. Shame on this low quality service

Digitalriver's support is abysmal: no one answers the phone, emails are answered after WEEKS, and Lenovo just shrugs their shoulders. The reason for the need for support was that I wanted the laptop delivered to another country, since I am currently not in the country where the billing takes place. This was not possible even with many requests, as if it makes a difference for UPS from China to which European country the delivery goes. So I had to arrange an idiotic construction with straw people in Germany and was allowed to pay another 75 euro postage. Completely superfluous and not in the interest of the customers.

Honestly, I received a great support during my issue of shipment/delivery. They were very responsive either on Facebook or phone call, you will receive an outstanding service. Their manager was focusing on my case by himself and considered a great team leader. Happy to deal with them and recommend everyone to trust what they delivering. Regardless of what you need, you will deal with professional team which understand the true meaning of how customer support should be handled and followed-up daily. I was lucky and encourage everyone to trust them.

I initially gave them a very bad review because I had no idea why i was charged since i did not receive any information prior to that and there was no number or email to contact them except for the online form on their website. i submitted the online form and submitted and they replied me where i was able to get the help line number of Avast whom I contacted and they told me Digital RIver is one of their accredited agents. Avast could see the debit transaction after some questions and they were able to set up a refund request for me.
I would suggest that Digital River should update its profile (active phone number and email) on google, have a online chat on their site and answer or refer to the appropriate authorities the queries people have on google review and other sites

Very dysfunctional, they are the retailer for Lenovo in the UK. If what you receive works fine then you are all good, but if you have a problem it is like talking to wall. They also do not subscribe to any dispute resolution services. I would recommend to avoid them and Lenovo as if you get an issue the help will be less than adequate. You might get your money back after you've lost time and effort and you will end up being out of pocket trying to replace your item.

The worst possible customer service in the market.
Delivery terms on their website is the least trustworthy information you could find.
Then you have a conversation with customer support office - and you shouldn't trust them as well when they promise to reply to you within 24 hours.
As a result, no money, no item, no explanation - think twice before ordering something from the company.

I Have got a nokia 7.2 is not working and when I asked for refund I am still suffering to have a refund for more than 2 weeks now however I received a message saying that someone from DHL attempted a pick up of my parcel. however , this is not the true as no one came and I was home all the day for 2 reason
1- I am disabled person I dont go outside home at all unless the umplance come to take me out.
Number 2 I don't go out due to Corona siteuation.
Please stay away from this company.
