Bought a short trigger gun and flexible hose for my Karcher K7 September 23 last week (June 24) the hose sprung a leak!!
I emailed Direct Hoses on the Thursday explaining what had happened (attaching a photo of the damaged part).
Marcus responded very quickly (same day) and they sent a replacement hose the next day which was delivered Saturday
Probably one of the best bit of customer service I have had for a very long time.

A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!......Recently bought a 15m hose with short trigger gun and a snow foam cannon. The hose and trigger gun are great quality and as for the snow foam cannon.....well the quality is top notch and by far better than the cheaper cannons I`ve bought from eBay in the past, i would recommend Direct Hoses to any DIY Detailer! Great service, Great products and I would imagine a long term investment looking at the overall quality of their products.

Excellent Service from Direct Hoses, my commercial Karcher Machine burst an expensive hose on Tuesday afternoon, I found Direct Hoses online, spoke to Marcus via email who confirmed if I ordered that day my new pipe would be delivered today (Thursday) and it has been. Excellent value, almost half the price I paid for my last pipe and 5mts longer. Will be using in the future. Thank you

The customer service is bad! My high pressure hose only survived 3 uses until it split. No reply from Direct Hoses on email so I have just gone back to using my karcher plastic hose. What a waste of money.....

Bought a hose in August 2023. I’ve used it no more than half a dozen times, washing the car on my driveway. The hose popped a leak whilst I was using it.
I understand that you can get occasional product failures, but I’ve emailed directhoses 3 times now over a 5 day period and had no response.

Been up to direct hoses today as my pressure washer wasn't running as it should and I needed a new hose. The staff was very friendly and had sorted my PW out and new hose in next to no time. I couldn't recommend enough.

My hose burst, which is obviously expected, but no replacement parts available for the reel and the company doesn't even answer the phone. The guys running only one half of the company.
