Would give minus 5 stars if possible. Bottom of the barrel customer service. Never dealt with a company worse than these guys They requested my lawyer’s details over an issue with THEIR courier. After 4 months I was forced to contact citizens advice bureau and then consumer rights, my emails and letters were completely ignored. My only option was to take them to small claims which was not worth the effort. I would steer clear if possible. Only received an email reply after posting this review. 8 months after the initial issue.
