Honestly this is nasty, this vacum stinks and is dirty as hell,
Refer to pictures
Id avoid this company at all cost this likely has been taken out of rubbish bin and dispatched to myself

Had a microwave delivered found to have a fault 'emailed customer service they replied within 24hrs sent me out a return ticket and sent out a replacment unit stright away arrived within 3 days .
Can not fault the customer sevice 100% customer service.

I cannot get answers to my emails and when finally they answer not helpful. Complained about parts missing from my order and also broken part and lady named Fiona keeps asking me for numbers off the machine that are NOT there. I have give the only ones on there. Say they give one years guarantee and professional service I haven’t seen that yet. Have asked for replacement or money back and she has just ignored me and I’m still waiting now for a reply and or replacement or money back

I all so received wrong hover sent 3 emails before i got a reply
but as the hover has a turbo brush that doesn't fit i'm unable to do my stairs, sent anther 3 emails and still waiting for reply
Wish i took more notice of reviews before i bought my Vax
avoid this company the savings you make isn't worth the stress
