Extremely bad experience...I have ordered 5 stainless steel shelves. One of them came with wrong brackets and another one completely without the brackets, I tried to contact them by email and phone but I couldn't get in touch as they didn't answer to my email and never answered the phone. I will never use this company again

Shocking customer service. My order was acknowledged, payment taken …… no goods have arrived. No one available to talk to, and not a SINGLE response to my numerous emails. BEWARE. I will count myself lucky if I even get a refund at this point.

Acrylic box finally arrived after more than a month (original shipping was supposed to be within 3-4 days). It seems like they are very understaffed?
Phone number goes to a voicemail which can't take any more messages and email is equally non responsive. Hard to find a reason to order with them again

Horrendous experience. Delivery hasnt arrived on time, a few days late and still chasing. Nobody answering phone calls or replying to emails. Can't get any update on my order as there's no one to answer the calls/emails. Other acrylic fabricators out there- DO NOT use these cowboys!

I ordered a sneeze guard for my mum's catering company. Understandably due to increased demands, our order was delayed. However, having emailed to ask about our order process, I received an email hours later and received my order within days. Great customer service! Highly recommend!

First order came on time and perfect, then upon re ordering the wrong colour plastic was sent. The correct order was then supposedly sent now in the wrong size!

Poor service over the phone. eBay preset products seem to be better.

Had a great experience with a member of staff at display pro. Olga was extremely helpful going above and beyond. She helped me kit out my shop with PEE when I could have gone online and shopped somewhere else. Great service, will shop again..

We were badly let down by Display Pro Sleaford when they failed to deliver our printing in time for us to attend the British Shooting Show at the NEC. They were given the date of the Monday we needed it by and when phoned to ask if it was ready the best they could say was that they would try and get it done for the Wednesday but couldnt guarantee it which was no good for us after we had spent £2500 on the stand alone at the NEC. We were blamed for the delay because we didnt give approval until late, which was within minutes of us receiving acceptable proofs. It took them 6 days to get the original proofs to us even though they knew the deadline. I rang the Yarmouth office and spoke to Olga and she pulled out all the stops and had all our printing delivered in time for us to attend the show. Excellent service from Yarmouth and top marks to Olga.
