A massive ‘thank you’ to the amazing ambulance staff at Diss Station. Emma & Becks came to my rescue Tuesday 28th March, I had fallen at home and broken my hip. The ladies kept me completely calm throughout my care. I was in great pain and frightened of being moved. They did it! Got me on that stretcher without too much noise from me. The journey to the hospital was calm and bump free which was much needed! I felt so safe in their care and this reduced the trauma of my accident. Thank you ladies ⭐️⭐️

Fantastic response this morning from Paramedics Dave and Emily, who turned up within 10 mins of our 999 call to help with my wife's burst leg vein. They quietly and professionally calmed her down, then with great skill stopped the bleeding. After making sure she was OK they gave us most useful info as to the causes etc. and how to best avoid future recurrences.
A fantastic, knowledgeable, professional team whom we cannot thank highly enough for their help this morning.
