I have to visit here on occasion for Churchill freight who I drive for. I visited this morning for repairs and as usual was greeted with the usual politeness and cheerfulness even though they had only just got into work. The sheet was repaired, stops replaced, and I was back on the road within the hour thanks to Tom's professionalism.
This company and all who work in it are a real credit. They are always friendly, very quick and professional, and nothing is too much for them. You always feel valued and pleased with their workmanship, from the guys who do the repairs right down to the office.

Sue, Tom, Lorraine, in fact everyone at Dobie Wyatt I've ever spoken to or met have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Old school friendly customer service and just a lovely company to work with. I'm old fashioned and miss the nice side of business like this.

Whenever I have a truck needing a sheet repair it's one of the jobs I have no worries booking in - you'll get a positive answer on the phone from a friendly and helpful person, and whoever goes in invariably has a cuppa and a chat with the folks there. Wish more places were like it.

Amazing customer service this morning at Dobie Wyatt's! Even though my admin hadn't properly confirmed the booking when I arrived. I was still offered Tea/coffee and the lorry sheet was fixed within an hour.
