No customer service!! I ordered as I usually do but only part of my order turned up. Rang 5 times and left answerphone messages, messaged on there website a few times and no communication, nothing? I will be taking this further.

Customer service is non existent. Only finally replied after I said I would put it with my bank to action the refund. It’s such a shame that they have such bad communication standards as products are good as long as all goes well. If there is a problem, expect a lot of frustration.

made a purchased at Christmas as a gift pages £38.50 never recieved it the promised to send out another by fedex after christmas but unfortunately we never received that either feex stated they had left outside my front door for all th see so all in all we have lost £38.50 not jacket very bad seller be aware everyone please .
