Hayley is incredible!! She was so helpful throughout the planning process and created the most incredible wedding cake for us. We had so many compliments, with many people saying it was the best they had ever tasted! The salted caramel macaroons were to die for. We couldn't recommend Dollybird Bakes more - thank you for everything Hayley!

Hayley has been lovely throughout the planning stages and when we talked online for final arrangements for our wedding cake. We received lovely samples of cake in the post prior to picking our flavours. The cake went down really well with our guests, and the final design looked lovely. Would definitely recommend Hayley for weddings - our flavours were lemon and elderflower, raspberry and white choc and sticky toffee. We also had an option to borrow a cake stand on the day, which Hayley later collected for us.

Hayley was a joy to get to know and work with, with phenomenal talent and shining passion. She made us a stunning three-tier semi-naked wedding cake. We had three flavours (luscious lemon, white chocolate & raspberry and carrot cake), all of which were delicious and two were thoroughly enjoyed by all of our family and friends. We took the third tier on our mini-moon and it made it all the more special! Hayley also liaslised directly with our florist, making everything as easy and simple for us, which was greatly appreciated.

We were lucky to have the opportunity to taste Hayley's samples twice before making our choices - at a venue taster day and through a postal sample box. The thought, care and detail that went into the taster boxes was unparalleled. Both contributed to the excitement of our wedding planning!

Stand-out, without a shadow of a doubt, was Hayley herself. She is such a kind, caring soul, full of advice and tips, with a genuine care and passion for what she does, wanting to see happy couples have their version of a perfect wedding. We really appreciate the above-and-beyond approach throughout, from our first outreach to post-wedding. We cannot recommend Hayley highly enough for her talent and expertise. Our special day simply wouldn't have been the same without Hayley! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Hayley ❤️

Hayley did our 2 tier semi naked cake for our wedding at Tredudwell Manor on Wednesday 17th May 2023. The wedding cake was absolutely DELICIOUS! All guests commented on how amazing it tasted and we was eating cake 4 days after our wedding but nothing was wasted as it tasted soooooo good. Highly recommend Hayley at Dollybird bakes.
