My husband and I were the victims of fraud, as a result of some very sophisticated scammers posing as Dorchester Shipping Containers Limited. The fraudsters used an incredibly believable website, and their email footers and invoice contained the ACTUAL company's Companies House company registration number, and even the correct VAT number! They had also somehow managed to provide account details in the name of the company which allowed a bank transfer to get through without being stopped.

The reason I want to give the company a 5-star review is that the REAL company (particularly Mike Sams, one of the owners and directors) could not have been more helpful. Despite the fact that we instigated legal proceedings against him (before finding out he was NOT the scammer), he nonetheless provided heaps of helpful information and has offered his ongoing support to us as we seek to resolve the issue.

I can entirely understand the negative reviews, because it really does seem (on the fact of it) like this company is a scammer. However, the owners of the company are just as much victims as those who have lost money buying "containers" which never arrived. I would urge anyone in this position to contact the REAL directors via the company's registered office.
