Unfortunately after ordering a part I no longer needed I was charged a 20% re-stocking fee. Took over a week to receive a refund too for the remaining 80%. I was trying to do my bit to shop local but I guess it's the big chains from now on.

A little tight for a wheelchair, staff were very friendly and helpful. I purchased a part for my sink. Very reasonable prices.
Only downside for me, was not enough space to turn wheelchair around inside. Though I am sure they would come out to help if I knocked on the door.

Very helpful as ever, very polite and managed to find replacement part within 5 minutes of me turning up at their shop Have always been helpful, have no concerns about going back to them. They know what they are talking about, and explain thing to you.

Went in there for a shower hose unit. Wish I hadn't. Firstly they made me wait at the desk for several minutes and when someone finally came to serve me they where extremely rude in that they neither said hello, thank you nor goodbye and did not seem to care at all in serving me and answering my questions. I am surprised that people with about as much customer service know how as a goat can run a business. To top it all, the item was over double the price I found on the internet but had to buy out of necessity. You won't be seeing the colour of money ever again.

Very competent and helpful people, went to buy some Hep2O pipe and fittings for a project I'm working on in the area, by far much better than Screwfix and other national suppliers. Will come back anytime working in the area, definitely recommend!
