It is a lovely little station, with a nice coffee shop attached and multiple ways in and out, depending on the time of day. The staff are helpful and attentive. I did not visit the toilets, but they looked clean. Overall, it's a great station!

Firstly a beautiful station! Three platforms with London and Stratford on the ticket office side.

Lovely coffee shop serving a nice selection of delicious pastries and bakery items. Try the chocolate brownie!

Ticket office is hit and miss whether it's open or not. Mornings tend to be better.

Not a bad station and it's actually quite nice, but unable to use any waiting room facilities as they are all locked on a Monday at 5:30pm when its cold outside.
They don't mind wasting electricity though as the lights are on full blast. 😑

Station staff obviously don't care about their commuters as its easier to let them freeze in the cold.
Oh yes.... don't even think about using the toilet because you can't have that either.
LOCKED FOR YOU CONVENIENCE!

Nice Station but was interchanging from Stratford-upon-Avon to London this evening (26th Sep) and the departure board failed to display the correct departures and got confusing for those waiting for the service. However, having got in touch with Chiltern railway on X (formerly Twitter) they had to rectify the issue

All of the station facilities, such as the waiting room, toilets and ticket office were closed and locked when I was waiting for a train at 4:30pm on a weekday.

This is a attractive station with good amenities and offers useful services between Birmingham and London. It is often not staffed, however, even in peak times, meaning no ticket office or waiting rooms. There have recently been problems with the ticket machine too. So allow time for queues if you need to buy a ticket and be prepared to stand out in the cold.

Seems to be a nice and small station with both intercity and local trains stopping here. Step free access is available here via lifts on the footbridge as well as seating, toilets and shelter for the rain.

No ticket barriers are here but there are ticket machines and a ticket office with friendly staff.

Do take care when boarding trains here. The gap and step down is insane.
