Needed a new chair so contacted Simon. He was very responsive to my questions via email and offered to deliver a load of different chairs to trial. Due to space issues this was not possible so he suggested popping along to the showroom to try them out. He spent a couple of hours going through the differences and helped me identify a short list. Some of which were already out on trials. When the chair we thought may work was available it was delivered for me to try for a week or so to ensure it met my needs. Chair was then ordered and Simon kept me up to date with delivery dates etc. Great Service, would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks Simon.
