I ordered online last week for my cousin who is going to US today. Their shipping policy states they aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days but it is still preparing shipment as of today. Such a waste of time and money. Their website needs work cause I cant add the flask without loosing the items I added before. No one answers their phone and you cannot even leave voice mail.

I purchased 4 of their mugs as they are lovely and cost £10 each. Sadly 2 arrived smashed, obviously in transport. I have tried calling, emailing and sent recorded mail to try and get a refund on the broken ones from the Dorset tea gift shop. I used to support this company but I can't anymore. Yorkshire Tea will get my money now unless this gets resolved.

Very annoying to say the least.

Brought the biggest bag, knowing how nice the usual one is. Be warned. They are a "one cup" tea bag. Back to Yorkshire tea for me.

I was a die hard Yorkshire tea drinker, I have converted. This is honestly the most consistent brew I have ever had, it's the perfect tea every time!

We were given their T bags as a gift when we rented a cottage in Lyme Regis, they are the weakest tea bags I have ever used, also they come from Kenya not Dorset so why are they marketed as Dorset tea, bit of a farce really.

After four hours in the car imagine my despair when I arrived at this tea factory. I thought I was heading to God’s own country for some Sean Bean Yorkshire Tea. The kids are crying the dog is howling thank you Dorset and Garmin

Having one as I type. It is BEAUTIFUL... slightly lemon-y. Very refreshing. Will buy more to make a cold tea so I can have it with ice in this hot Aussie climate

Only buy Dorset tea. Always consistently strong and good flavour. People who visit our house, and have a cuppa, decide to buy it themselves.
