Contacted for a quote and 2 days later the turned up when expected, located the leak and repaired it. They returned the area back to a clean tidy bit of grass. A really great service by this company. I highly recommend them.

Tom attended our address to assess a water leak under our house. He was very professional and knowledgeable and fully explained what was needed. He promptly provided a detailed quote and arrived the following week to carry out the work. Tom and his colleague Mark were excellent in completing the work with minimum disruption. Tom and Mark, worked so hard this week. Even when things were not going to plan, they were polite and kept us informed at all stages. A 300m new water supply pipe fitted. Very happy with the workmanship. They have left us clean and tidy. We would highly recommend DUG.

Totally happy with the work completed by Tom and Ben: Thoroughly professional throughout, they arrived on time, started work straight away, used tubs to load up spoil, and put everything back perfectly on completion. You’d never know they had been and we now have a new supply pipe and internal connection. Recommended.
