I arrived at 1800hrs Rang the bell many times and called the number. There were people working inside who could see me through the clear plastic door but just ignored me. So I parked up for the night on the grain intake. A fork lift driver came outside twice still ignoring me and went back inside. Next morning 0700hrs Same again. So I walked around the outside of the building to the staff entrance and found a man sat in their canteen who was very helpful and started things moving. After being onsite for over 12 hours I asked is there a coffee machine so I could get a drink. No I was told . How about a toilet. Taking into account this is a food production factory I was shown a disgusting Portaloo . Please see the Photos. Driver's once again not important.

Just received my box of flour order which was placed on Thursday. Absolutely delighted with the selection. It saved traipsing round shops to try and find any type of flour. Will order again when nearly finished this lot!

Excellent organic flour, ideal for bread, cakes and cookies. It's also especially good value if buying in bulk. The 25 kg bags last a good long while if you're a keen home baker. The ordering process and delivery are also well organized. Thanks.

Long-time customer, but sack of flour not delivered (twice) and any and all attempts to contact Doves (5 in total) have gone ignored by them over a couple of weeks. PayPal case opened (also ignored)

And reading through these reviews shows that half of them are describing fork lift truck reviews...you read that right! My favourite is the one with the picture of the flour stacks exposed to the rain, but with a 5 star review...wow!

We stopped using your Digestive Biscuits in our seminars because you use PALM OIL:(

PALM OIL is toxic for the liver. PALM OIL is also destroying large areas of tropical forests and other ecosystems with high conservation values, just for vast monoculture oil palm plantations. This clearing has destroyed critical habitat for many endangered species—including rhinos, elephants, tigers and orangutans.

We are shocked that a supposedly "healthy" food manufacture would add such an ingredient to be digested by humans and have such an environmental impact.

I have always enjoyed using Doves flour and think the quality is s brilliant however their chosen courier leaves a lot to be desired. Last year my delivery was left against the side of my house ,boxes were broken and a sack of flour was damaged and had leaked into the open box . This was dealt with and a replacement sack was sent ,which was also leaking , I contacted doves ,received no reply . This year my order was received with broken boxes and a sack again torn and damp . The box also had leaked oil on it , luckily it hadn't got on to the sack . I have twice emailed Doves about this and received no reply . I love using their flour as it's so good however I am not happy to use the delivery agents again and a reply would have been appreciated.

Really upset by Doves Farm today. Had placed an order and it was due to be delivered today. I order for my sister in law who is disabled and they usually deliver promptly. Today however, no delivery arrived but a couple of emails did saying that they had missed her and have taken the delivery to a post office a mile away. There is no way that she can get there or carry a large parcel home with her even if she could get there. Apparently, this is DPD's new policy. No second deliveries - or in this case - no first delivery. DPD say they have photo proof that they went to the flat. But, who's flat did they go to? Not my Sister-in-law's who was sitting by the window awaiting it!!! Doves Farm are having the parcel returned to them and then we will get a refund. That's a lot of use when it was the food that you wanted.

They are THE BEST. I absolutely LOVE Doves Farm and only use flour ordered from Doves Farm directly. I love how fine they grind their flour so you don't have bits in there and it's very tasty for cakes, cookies and breads. They are also incredibly friendly. If there were 10 stars they would get them 🙂
